- Due to the nature of cotton embroidery products, minor loose threads may be present, which is considered normal. Please do not pull the threads; simply trim them carefully with scissors. All products undergo a 10-step quality inspection before shipment. Small loose threads that can be manually trimmed do not constitute a quality defect. Customers who are sensitive to such details are advised to purchase with caution.

- For embroidered bedding, a small amount of stabilizer (backing material) may remain on the embroidered areas after washing. This can be removed by soaking in water and rinsing, or gently peeling it off by hand. If this is a concern, embroidered bedding is not recommended. For bedding with lace, beads, or stone embellishments, we recommend turning the duvet cover and pillowcases inside out and washing them separately.
